Privacy

When you join a waitlist or the newsletter, we keep your email address, the product you're interested in, your language and, if you tick it, the fact that it's a gift. For a business request, we also keep the form details.

We use this data only to tell you when products are available, send the news you asked for, or answer your request. Legal basis: your consent.

Your data is never sold or shared, except with our technical providers (hosting, database, email delivery) who process it on our behalf.

We keep this data until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after our last contact.

You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@hackertoys.io. You can also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).
